          When she traveled to Berlin with a political science class
          last year, Fuqua visited the U.S. Embassy and German po-
          litical buildings. She toured a former concentration camp
          and participated in a Berlin Wall Cold War tour. When
          she’s not studying at Canterbury Christ Church University
          while in the UK, Fuqua has been able to tour Canterbury
          Cathedral, Whistable Castle, Dover Castle and Percy Cot-
          ton Museum. She has also visited Ireland, Scotland and
          Belgium.


          When she returns to the United States, she will student
          teach with the Public Schools of Robeson County in the
          spring and plans to graduate in May. Thousands of area stu-
          dents could potentially benefit in the future from Fuqua’s
