Pharmacy, said “The bears are just a token of the fact that
people care.” Angier Family Pharmacy will be opening
this fall, and between the two locations, the pharmacists
want to be there to help patients understand the impor-
tance of their own healthcare and wellbeing, saying,
“People are not alone.” She added, “It really does take
a village to take care of people, and it’s our pleasure and
calling to be able to do that.”

Overall, the Harnett Healthcare Bears is a program that
the Foundation hopes will have a positive and continuous
presence. These small bears have a big responsibility, but
they can’t do their job without our help.
